MAN LEASHES DOG ON �COPS� AUGUST 28 ON FOX

Officer John Ciarlante of the Philadelphia, PA, Police Department assists a surveillance team in pursuit of a male suspect who was seen selling drugs while riding a bike. When the officer spots the suspect and attempts to stop him, the suspect jumps off the bike and flees on foot. Also featured is Officer Brian Eckersley of the Spokane, WA, Police Department, responding to a call regarding a loose rottweiler in an area known as �dog town�. At the scene, a business owner has restrained the aggressive dog by sitting on him.
