JASON ALEXANDER AND MALCOLM-JAMAL WARNER SET TO HOST �THE 31ST ANNUAL PEOPLE�S CHOICE AWARDS,� SUNDAY, JAN. 9 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK

First Round of Presenters Includes Ellen DeGeneres, Poppy Montgomery, Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, Josh Duhamel and Jeff Foxworthy

Jason Alexander (�Listen Up�) and Malcolm-Jamal Warner (�Listen Up�) will host THE 31ST ANNUAL PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS, to be broadcast live from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Calif., Sunday, Jan. 9 (9:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. Ellen DeGeneres, Poppy Montgomery, Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, Josh Duhamel and Jeff Foxworthy will be among the presenters. Additional presenters and performers will be announced shortly. The first awards show of 2005 honors favorite performers in television, motion pictures and music.

Jason Alexander is currently starring in �Listen Up,� on the Network. Audiences also know and love him for his portrayal of George Costanza on the groundbreaking television sitcom �Seinfeld.� The show ran for nine seasons and earned Alexander six Emmy nominations, four Golden Globe nominations and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner is currently starring in �Listen Up,� on the Network. He is also well known for his role on one of television�s most revered comedies, �The Cosby Show,� where more than 50 million viewers watched him grow up on screen as Bill Cosby�s television son, Theo Huxtable.

Fans can still vote online at www.pcavote.com for two categories -- Favorite New TV Comedy and Favorite New TV Drama -- which will be announced during the live broadcast.

THE 31ST ANNUAL PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS is being produced by Procter & Gamble Productions, Inc. The People's Choice Awards is fully sponsored by products of Procter & Gamble, which is represented by MediaVest Worldwide, Inc., supervisors of the production.
