"Enough Is Enough (No More Tears)" - When a family arrives at Seattle Grace Hospital after a serious car accident, Alex learns that their injuries are only the beginning of their problems. Meanwhile, as Dr. Webber recovers from brain surgery, it seems that his wife (guest starring Loretta Devine as Mrs. Webber) has some concerns about the state of their marriage, on "Grey's Anatomy," SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke, Katherine Heigl as Isobel "Izzie" Stevens, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, T.R. Knight as George O'Malley, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey and James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber.

Guest starring are Loretta Devine as Mrs. Webber, Sarah Utterback as Nurse Olivia, Romy Rosemont as Lea Seibert, Lukas Behnken as Scott Seibert and Scott Michael Campbell as Mr. Hubble.

"Enough is Enough (No More Tears)" was written by James Parriott and directed by Peter Horton.

"Grey's Anatomy" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via CC3.
