It�s a horrific story of domestic abuse. For 10 years Polly Mitchell was imprisoned in her own home by her husband. She says he beat her and raped her repeatedly, even in front of her children. He nailed the windows in the house shut, covering them with aluminum foil. Why did this happen for so long and how did she finally break free? Mitchell opens up about her plight to ABC News Correspondent Don Dahler. She says it all began when she was a naive 17-year-old. �Most people that I talk to ask me, �why didn�t you just leave?� And they don�t understand the psychological hold that he had,� she tells Dahler. In June 2003, Mitchell and her four children escaped from her husband. This week Mitchell tells �20/20� how far she�s come since this startling report originally aired in August 2004. She speaks candidly about her new life, which includes nursing school, a boyfriend and weekly therapy sessions. �20/20� airs FRIDAY, JULY 28 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Also: Bob Brown profiles a remarkable young man, Farrah Gray, who as a child set out with executive-sized ambition to make life easier for his family in the housing projects of Chicago�s South Side. Gray began helping provide for his family at the age of six by learning lessons in seeing alternate uses of common things, like rocks and lunch boxes, and rarely taking no for an answer. He made his first million by the time he was 14. Now at 21, he tells Brown how he got people to take him seriously at a young age and also reveals his clearly defined formula for success.

And: The �Annie� experience� Sarah Jessica Parker is one of the rare stars of �Annie� fame that went on be a success both personally and professionally. In a new documentary, �Life After Tomorrow,� dozens of women who acted in the musical production when they were little girls speak candidly about being in the Broadway show after the fame ends.
