Brooke Shields Guest Stars as Frankie's Nemesis, Rita Glossner

"The Neighbor" � Frankie fears that a confrontation with trashy neighbor Rita Glossner (Brooke Shields) is at hand when Sue has a run-in with her sons. Meanwhile, Axl tries to bribe Brick when he's asked to teach his little brother how to kick a ball for a gym requirement, but it's Brick who turns the tables on Axl and ends up bribing him for another favor, on "The Middle," WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. "The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue, Atticus Shaffer as Brick and Chris Kattan as Bob.

Guest starring are Brooke Shields as Rita Glossner, Gabriel Basso as Rodney Glossner, David Chandler as Derrick Glossner, Parker James Bolek as Wade Glossner, Gibson Sjobeck as four-year-old Glossner, Blaine Saunders as Carly, Thomas F. Duffy as Jack Meenahan and Aimee Carrero as teenage sales clerk.

"The Neighbor" was written by Jana Hunter & Mitch Hunter and directed by Lee Shallat Chemel.

"The Middle" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,D,L parental guideline.
