DECISION TIME FOR FORMER PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL JOHN EDWARDS - WILL HE BE INDICTED FOR ALLEGEDLY VIOLATING CAMPAIGN LAW?

Airing on "20/20," Friday, June 6, 10 pm on ABC

And: Exclusive Access Inside the Amanda Knox Investigation and Appeal; The Latest Wave of "Designer Drugs;" Fashion Icon Michael Kors; Plus, the Congressman and Comedy

It's decision time for Senator John Edwards - will he enter a plea deal or will he be indicted by the Justice Department for allegedly violating campaign law? We now know the former Presidential hopeful lied about his affair and the child he had with Rielle Hunter, but did he misuse hundreds of thousands of dollars to cover up the affair? Bob Woodruff, who first broke the story with Andrew Young, a trusted friend of Edwards' who became a whistleblower, reports the latest. The report also includes Woodruff's interview with Edwards, the only time he spoke about the affair. "20/20" airs on FRIDAY, JUNE 3 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

And: With exclusive access to the investigation and new interviews with family members and experts, Elizabeth Vargas continues her extensive reporting on Amanda Knox as she appeals her murder conviction by an Italian court. Three-and-a-half years after her arrest for the murder of her British roommate, critical and controversial DNA evidence that helped put her and her Italian former boyfriend away is now finally being analyzed by two independent experts. They're taking a closer look at a minute amount of DNS on the knife the prosecution claims is a murder weapon, and a small amount of the boyfriend's DNA on the victim's bra clasp. The defense has long claimed the DNA is too limited and inconclusive, and could have been contaminated. But could this new examination be enough to finally win her freedom?

Plus: They have everyday names -- Spice, Bath Salts -- but they are not everyday products and their side effects can be dangerous. They're the latest designer drugs some kids are using to get high. What's even more terrifying is that they are completely legal. As Brian Ross reports, this new wave of synthetic drug use has rocked the nation, sending hundreds of Americans to emergency rooms and dozens to psychiatric wards. As soon as DEA bans one of these chemical compounds, chemists change the formula to come up with a brand new and technically legal chemical.

Savvy entrepreneurs sell the drugs over the counter with a label that reads, "not for human consumption" to avoid regulation by the Food and Drug Administration. "20/20" follows the story of 21-year-old Dicky Sanders, a talented BMX bike rider with dreams of going pro, and the bizarre psychosis that took over his mind after his parents say he tried bath salts for the first time. His family shares their story, which tragically, is one of many.

And: From humble beginnings on Long Island to a billion dollar empire and his snarky role as a host on the popular "Project Runway," Michael Kors has become one of the best known and highly rewarded names in the fashion business. "20/20" gets an exclusive behind the scenes look at his "pop" star-like life and his billion dollar collection. Elizabeth Vargas reports.
