Plus: Embarking on her 39th year of coaching women's basketball at the University of Tennessee, Hall of Fame Coach Pat Summitt is facing another challenge - and perhaps her most formidable opponent yet. Last spring the 59-year-old Summitt received a diagnosis of early onset dementia from her doctors at the Mayo Clinic. Today she is determined to continue her job as head coach of the Lady Vols and to pursue her team's goal of winning the National Championship. Summitt holds the record for the most wins (1,071) of any coach in any college sport, men's or women's. And her team's eight National Championship wins are second only to UCLA's John Wooden's. In her first sit-down interview since her announcement, Summitt opens up to Robin Roberts.

"20/20's" popular and controversial column "Give Me a Break" returns with Chris Cuomo. First up, Cuomo takes on pensions: At a time when Congress is preparing massive spending cuts that will require sacrifices for almost all Americans, one privileged group is being spared - congressmen themselves. Their pension plan has been called lavish and is better than what other federal employees, and most Americans, get.
