THE FALL OF LANCE ARMSTRONG - He confessed to doping in an interview with Oprah Winfrey last week, but U.S. Anti-Doping Agency CEO Travis Tygart, says the evidence proves Lance Armstrong withheld the truth and lied to Winfrey on key issues.
