"BETRAYAL" ON "20/20"

Airing Friday, September 27 on ABC

"20/20" reports on the ultimate cases of betrayal, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. Anchored by Elizabeth Vargas and David Muir, reports include:

· Remee Jo Lee had always dreamed of becoming a mom. Earlier this year, she was thrilled when she became pregnant with the baby of her on again, off again boyfriend John Andrew Welden, a medical student and the son of a prominent gynecologist. But what happened next is unthinkable. Just seven weeks pregnant, Lee lost the baby after Welden deliberately switched her medication without her knowledge. In an exclusive network interview, she speaks candidly to Elizabeth Vargas about the circumstances that led to the end of her pregnancy, and the legislation she is now pushing for to help anyone else who might ever be in her same position. Welden's parents also speak out for the first time since their son plead guilty earlier this month to mail fraud and tampering with a consumer product.

· Who killed family man, churchgoer and former marine Randy Stone with a single bullet to his head? It was a mystery that baffled the hundreds of community members who turned up for the funeral and listened to Randy's pastor, best friend and spiritual advisor David Love give a stirring, heart-felt eulogy. But mourners weren't the only ones in attendance detectives were there as well, because they believed the killer might be attending the funeral. More significantly, they believed it was someone Stone was close to. A twisted tale of sex, money, power and religion. Jim Avila reports on betrayal that shocked the entire Hope Baptist Church congregation in Independence, MO.

David Sloan is senior executive producer of "20/20."
