NBC'S 'APPRENTICE' CONTESTANTS TAKE ON A HONEY OF A TASK, AND THE WINNING TEAM GETS TO SHOOT HOOPS WITH LOS ANGELES BASKETBALL LEGENDS KAREEM ABDUL JABAAR, JAMES WORTHY AND L.A. LAKERS COACH PHIL JACKSON

BURBANK, Calif. - February 7, 2007 -- Candidates on NBC's "The Apprentice: Los Angeles" face off against swarms of bees while they harvest honey to sell in the episode airing Sunday, February 11 (9-10 p.m. ET). Basketball superstars Kareen Abdul Jabaar, James Worthy, Phil Jackson, Brian Cook, Curt Rambis and Frank Hodges guest star in the episode.

This week, the candidates' task is to harvest, bottle and sell Sue Bee honey in Ralph's supermarkets. One team flies blind without their leader, and the other is stung by sagging honey sales. The team that sells the most honey wins a once-in-a lifetime opportunity to shoot hoops alongside superstar players and coaches, including L.A. Lakers coach Phil Jackson, Kareem Abdul Jabaar, James Worthy, Brian Cook and assistant coaches Curt Rambis and Frank Hodges.

Sean Yazbeck, the season five winner of "The Apprentice," will observe the honey competition this week and advise Trump in the boardroom.

Viewers of "The Apprentice: Los Angeles" can win a weekly Grand Prize random drawing of $10,000 by playing the live interactive "Get Rich with Trump" game during each episode. "Get Rich with Trump" can be played by sending a text message from a cell phone or by logging on NBC.com/Apprentice. Please log onto NBC.com for complete rules.
