Lifetime Premieres Second Season of the Popular Reality Series 'Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead' Friday, October 12 at 9:00 PM (ET/PT)

Reality Series Returns with Eight All-New Episodes Starring Medium/Clairvoyant Lisa Williams from Merv Griffin Entertainment ("Crosswords," "Wheel of Fortune," "Jeopardy")

Series Opens New Friday Night Primetime Reality Line-Up -- Also Featuring "America's Psychic Challenge"

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 -- Lifetime Television brings the English clairvoyant Lisa Williams back to the small screen with the second season premiere of "Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead," a reality series that explores Lisa's claim of her unique abilities to see and speak with the dead. The late Merv Griffin served as executive producer of the series, along with Raymond J. Brune, Andrew Yani and Yann Debonne, produced by Merv Griffin Entertainment. The second season of the popular series will premiere on Friday, October 12 at 9:00 PM (ET/PT) as part of Lifetime's new primetime Friday night reality programming block, immediately followed by the series premiere at 10:00 PM (ET/PT) of the new reality competition show "America's Psychic Challenge."

In each episode of "Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead," cameras follow a typical day in the life of the clairvoyant, which includes among other things, readings with clients and occasionally people she randomly meets about town.

This season readings include: Bethie and Sandi, sisters whose mother was murdered by her boyfriend; Ann, an adopted woman who visits Lisa to connect with her birthmother; and Evelyn, a mother looking for answers about the death of her son. Also new this season are celebrity readings, including Dayna Devon, the host of the entertainment magazine show "Extra," who is seeking to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the death of a close friend.

Lifetimetv.com will also provide exclusive webisodes behind-the-scenes at the show. Site visitors will be able to view full episodes from season one and season two and participate in live chats and e-mail Lisa questions directly. During the first season of "Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead," Lifetimetv.com hosted four live chats, which tripled the site's traffic.

The late Merv Griffin along with Raymond J. Brune, Andrew Yani and Yann Debonne serve as executive producers of the series, produced by Merv Griffin Entertainment in association with Yani-Brune Entertainment for Lifetime Television.
