666 PARK AVENUE (ABC) - David Wilcox's drama - about a young couple who manage a historic New York apartment building where they begin to experience supernatural phenomena that endangers the tenants - has been ordered to pilot. The Warner Bros. Television project is based on Gabriella Pierce's book of the same name with Alloy Entertainment's Gina Girolamo and Leslie Morgenstein executive producing alongside Wilcox. (Variety.com)

CHELSEA GENERAL (TNT) - David E. Kelley has tapped his frequent collaborator Bill D'Elia to direct the drama pilot, which follows the lives of five surgeons as they push the limits of their abilities and confront their personal and professional failings. He'll work from a script by Kelley, which in turn is based on the book "Monday Mornings" by Dr. Sanjay Gupta. (Deadline.com)

THE CORRECTIONS (HBO) - Maggie Gyllenhaal, Bruce Norris, Greta Gerwig and Rhys Ifans are all in talks to join the cast of the comedy pilot, about a Midwestern clan whose children have moved to the East coast to begin a life of their own. Gyllenhaal would play youngest sibling Denise, a beautiful chef; with Norris as older brother Gary, a successful but depressed banker with a drinking problem; Gerwig as middle child Chip's (the previously cast Ewan McGregor) soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend, who works for a film production company; and Ifans as Chip's boss, a Lithuanian crime lord working to defraud American investors. Chris Cooper and Dianne Wiest also star as the parents while Jonathan Franzen, Noah Baumbach and Scott Rudin are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)

ISABEL (NBC) - Kevin Nealon ("Weeds") has joined the cast of the comedy pilot, about an otherwise normal middle-class family that wrestles with the challenges of everyday life while raising a daughter (Sophia Mitri Schloss) who has magical abilities. He'll play the clan's father, Louis, a natural born insurance salesman. Abigail Mavity, Marcia Gay Harden and Skyler Gisondo also star in the Universal Television-based project, which Todd Holland is directing from a script by Howard Busgang and Tom Nursall. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED DAN FOGELMAN PROJECT (ABC) - Clara Mamet, Ian Patrick and Isabella Cramp have all landed roles on the comedy pilot, about a normal family who moves into a condominium complex to find out that everyone living there but them are aliens. They'll presumably play the kids: Amber (16), Max (9) and Abby (7), respectively. Jami Gertz, Simon Templeman, Tim Jo and Toks Olagundoye co-star in the ABC Studios-based half-hour, from director Chris Koch and writer Dan Fogelman. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED KEVIN WILLIAMSON PROJECT (FOX) - Marcos Siega ("The Vampire Diaries") is back in business with Kevin Williamson, signing on to direct his comedy pilot at the network. Said hour, from Warner Bros. Television, revolves around a diabolical serial killer who uses technology to create a cult of serial killers and tracks the FBI agent who finds himself in the middle of it. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED SHERRI SHEPHERD PROJECT (TV Land, New!) - Recent "Hot in Cleveland" guest star Sherri Shepherd is set to topline a potential comedy at the cable channel about a woman (Shepherd) and her best friend from high school who are reunited after years apart and wind up running a weight-loss center together. Christine Zander ("Nurse Jackie") and Cindy Caponera ("Shameless") are on board to pen the script as well as executive produce alongside Nina Wass and Shepherd. (Variety.com)

ZANZURI (TV Land, New!) - Jon Sherman ("Royal Pains") is developing a domestic take on the Israeli comedy, about "a family man who suffers a heart attack on his 40th birthday and decides - after discovering that every man in his family has died of a heart failure at that age - to grab life by the balls." Said half-hour comes from D.B.S. Satellite Services and Electus where the latter's Ben Silverman will executive produce alongside Sherman. (Deadline.com)

AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Steve Buscemi will stop by the February 16 episode of "30 Rock," reprising his role as private detective Lenny Wosniak (EW.com); Bree Turner is set to recur on "Grimm" as a former drug addict who comes from a long line of "Fuchsbau" (foxlike creatures) apothecaries (EW.com); and James Purefoy is bound for "Revenge" beginning with episode 17 as a mystery man who gets into "a big, passionate love affair" with Madeline Stowe's Victoria (TheInsider.com).
