FLAKED (Netflix; W: Mark Chappell & Will Arnett; D: TBA) - Travis Mills is the latest to be cast in the upcoming comedy, the serio-comic story of a self-appointed "guru" who falls for the object (Ruth Kearney) of his best friend's (David Sullivan) fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel. Will Arnett plays Chip, a man doing his honest best to stay one step ahead of his own lies. He'll play Stefan, "owner of the local coffee shop and on the more absurd end of the hipster spectrum." George Basil, Lina Esco and Robert Wisdom also star. (Deadline.com)

OH MAMA (NBC, New!) - Claudia Lonow ("Sean Saves the World") is back in business with the Peacock for a new single-camera comedy, based on a short story written by Ronit Weiss-Berkowitz, which "centers on an engaged couple, Daniel and Marjorie, who struggle to save their relationships when their mothers start having an affair... with each other." Universal Television is behind the project with Keshet Studios' Peter Traugott also executive producing. (Deadline.com)

SONS OF ANARCHY (FX) - Kurt Sutter has revealed the first details about a proposed spin-off of the biker drama, which "will center on the Mayans Motorcycle Club, which played a key role in the original." It's not clear if Marcus Alvarez (Emilio Rivera), President of the Oakland charter, will be featured, nor if it is a prequel or sequel to the parent series. Further development isn't expected until Sutter completes work on the inaugural season of "The Bastard Executioner." (THR.com)

Bello is set as said ex-wife Julie McBride, "a beautiful, brilliant and accomplished co-founding partner of a law firm who is successful professionally, but not personally after losing the love of her life, Billy"; while Raymonde is in talks to play Brittany Gold, "a likeable, smart and savvy working girl who is an old friend of Billy's." Olivia Thirlby and William Hurt also star. (THR.com)

It's about family legacies, starting over, finding true love and the American dream. He's set as Marshall Stoval, "a spirited long haul truck driver turned honky tonk bar owner, who is as much of a Houston institution as his bar Gilley's."
