CATCH, THE (ABC) - Director/executive producer Julie Anne Robinson has signed a two-year overall deal with Universal Television. The pact marks the end of her and banner Canny Lads Productions' run at ABC Studios after five years. (Deadline.com)
GOOD BEHAVIOR (TNT) - Laura Bell Bundy is the latest to recur on the show's second season as Carin, "an upscale suburban mother who's heavily involved in her daughter's school. When she meets her new neighbors, Letty and Javier (Juan Diego Botto), she's quickly drawn into their web, and it's not long before Letty exploits Carin's deep-seated desire to rebel." (Deadline.com)
HANNA (Amazon, New!) - David Farr is bringing his 2011 feature - which "follows the journey of an extraordinary young girl as she evades the relentless pursuit of an off-book CIA agent and tries to unearth the truth behind who she is" - to the small screen at the streaming service as part of a straight-to-series order. Becky Clements, Scott Nemes, JoAnn Alfano and Marty Adelstein are also on board to executive produce for Amazon Studios, NBCUniversal International Studios and Tomorrow Studios with Scott Herbst and Tom Coan as co-executive producers. I LOVE YOU, AMERICA (Hulu) - Gavin Purcell ("The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon") has been tapped as showrunner and executive producer of the upcoming Sarah Silverman series. (Deadline.com)
LORE (Amazon) - Cathal Pendred has been cast in the upcoming horror anthology series as Michael Cleary, "a cooper who makes barrels for a local creamery, Michael is married to the younger Bridget. When Bridget starts making more money than he does, and starts questioning his decisions, Michael is convinced that his loving wife has been replaced by a changeling - and he will do anything to prove himself right." SUPERNATURAL (The CW) - Mark Sheppard took to social media with the news that he won't be returning for the show's 13th season. His character, Crowley, died in the season finale last week. (@Mark_Sheppard)
UNTITLED JON STEWART PROJECT (HBO) - The pay channel and "The Daily Show" alum have mutually decided to scrap his planned digital animated series. "We all thought the project had great potential, but there were technical issues in terms of production and distribution that proved too difficult given the quick turnaround and topical nature of the material," they said in a joint statement. "We're excited to report that we have some future projects together which you will be hearing about in the near future." The project was part of a four-year pact signed in November 2015.
