During the week of February 26, 2007, which spanned the end of the February Sweep and the first four nights of March, ABC took second place to Fox among Adults 18-34, topping both CBS and NBC by 18% (2.6/8 vs. 2.2/7 � CBS and NBC tied). It was the Net�s fourth straight week to hold second to Fox in Adults 18-34. ABC also delivered the No. 2 network position for the week with Women 18-34 (3.5/9) and Women 18-49 (4.0/10). In addition, ABC beat NBC by 7% during the week in Adults 18-49 (3.0/8 vs. 2.8/7).

Weekly Rankings: ABC aired 4 of the week�s Top 20 TV programs in Adults 18-49, claiming 3 of the Top 10 scripted series in the key sales demographic: �Desperate Housewives� � No. 7 (No. 1 scripted series), �Lost� � No. 9 (No. 3 scripted series), �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� � No. 12 and �Brothers & Sisters� � No. 17 (No. 8 scripted series). In addition to ranking as the week�s top-rated scripted show with Adults 18-49, ABC�s �Desperate Housewives� also stood the week�s most-watched scripted program. For the fourth week in a row, ABC News claimed the No. 1 newsmagazine in Adults 18-49, with �To Iraq and Back: Bob Woodruff Reports� on Tuesday. �To Iraq and Back: Bob Woodruff Reports� was also the No. 1 news program for the week in Adults 25-54.

Monday

ABC� Monday night lineup attracted the Net�s largest non-sports audience (9.3 million) and highest Adults 18-49 (3.8/10) performance on the night since November � since 11/27/06 and 11/06/06, respectively. In addition, ABC won the evening among Women 18-34 (5.3/13) for the second time in three weeks, while finishing second among Women 18-49 (5.5/13).

�Wife Swap� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

�Wife Swap� hit season-highs in Total Viewers (9.0 million � tied), Adults 18-34 (3.8/11) and Adults 18-49 (3.9/10). In fact, the unscripted program turned in its highest Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49 ratings in over 1 year � since 1/9/06 and 2/20/06, respectively.

� �Wife Swap� ranked No. 2 its hour in Adults 18-34, while winning the slot with its core Women 18-34 audience (5.4/14).

�Supernanny� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Opposite stiff competition on CBS, Fox and NBC, ABC�s �Supernanny� scored season-best numbers in Total Viewers (10.2 million) and Adults 18-34 (4.0/10), with the season�s second-highest rating in Adults 18-49 (4.1/10).

� �Supernanny� finished second in the hour among Adults 18-34 (4.0/10) and Women 18-34 (5.7/14), behind only NBC�s �Heroes,� while leading the time slot among Kids 2-11 (2.3/10).

�Building a Dream: The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

In the final hour of prime, �Building a Dream: The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy� took second place in the time period with viewers and young adults (8.8 million & 3.5/9), beating NBC�s series debut of �The Black Donnellys� (7.9 million & 3.2/8 in Adults 18-49) by nearly 1 million viewers and by 9% in Adults 18-49. ABC won the hour among Women 18-34, beating CBS� �C.S.I.: Miami by 7% (4.7/12 vs. 4.4/12).

� The Oprah Winfrey special garnered the Net�s highest Total Viewer and Adults 18-49 numbers in the hour in 2 months � since 12/25/06.

Tuesday

�To Iraq and Back: Bob Woodruff Reports� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in in viewers and young adults, ABC News� special primetime documentary, �To Iraq and Back: Bob Woodruff Reports� attracted 10.1 million viewers, posting ABC�s largest audience in the hour in 3 months � since 12/05/06.

Wednesday

�Lost� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Jumping from its lead-in by 8.4 million viewers (12.8 million vs. 4.4 million) and by 200% in Adults 18-49 (5.7/15 vs. 1.9/5), �Lost� moved ABC into the dominant No. 1 position at 10:00 p.m. across the key adult demographics. Although CBS enjoyed a decided lead-in advantage coming into the time period from an original �Criminal Minds,� �Lost� surged to defeat time period veteran �C.S.I.: NY� by +70% in Adults 18-34 (5.6/16 vs. 3.3/9), by +30% in Adults 18-49 (5.7/15 vs. 4.4/11) and by+13% in Adults 25-54 (6.0/15 vs. 5.3/13).

� On all 4 Wednesdays during the 2007 February Sweep, ABC�s �Lost� stood as the evening�s No. 1 scripted TV program in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic. It was also the night�s top-rated scripted series on each Wednesday in February with Adults 25-54, Adults 18-34 and Teens 12-17.

� �Lost� grew its Adult 18-34 and Women 18-34 audience for the second straight week, gaining 4% (5.6/16 vs. 5.4/15) and 10% (6.4/16 vs. 5.8/15) week to week, respectively. On both counts, �Lost� generated its best numbers since its premiere telecast in the time period (on 2/7/07).

� �Lost� greatly improved Wednesday�s 10 o�clock hour for ABC during the 2007 February Sweep, offering substantial year-to-year increases as a lead-in to Network affiliates� late-local news. Versus its sweep performance in the hour last year, ABC�s February Sweep numbers climbed by 5.3 million viewers (13.7 million vs. 8.4 million), by 79% in Adults 18-49 (6.1/15 vs. 3.4/9) and by 67% in Adults 25-54 (6.5/15 vs. 3.9/9). On average �Lost� represents ABC�s most-watched program in the Wednesday 10 o�clock hour in 9 years, and its top-rated among Adults 18-49 in 10 years � since the 1997-98 and 1996-97 TV Seasons, respectively.

Thursday

�MEN IN TREES� (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

During the 10 o�clock hour, ABC �MEN IN TREES� outperformed NBC�s �The Black Donnellys� encore (5.2 million & 2.3/6 in Adults 18-49) by 1.5 million viewers (6.7 million vs. 5.2 million) and by 13% in Adults 18-49 (2.6/7 vs. 2.3/6). �MEN IN TREES� ranked No. 1 in its time period among Women 18-34 (3.0/8) and Women 18-49 (3.9/10).

� ABC's �MEN IN TREES� delivered its best numbers ever for a repeat telecast in both Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.

Friday

ABC placed first on the Friday night among Adults 18-34 (1.7/6- tie), ranking No. 1 on the night for the 3rd time in 4 weeks.

�Wife Swap� (9:01-10:00 p.m.)

The Friday premiere of �Wife Swap,� a repeat telecast, led its time slot among Adults 18-34 (1.9/7) and Women 18-34 (2.5/8). Among other competition, the ABC rebroadcast unscripted show beat an original episode of NBC�s �Las Vegas� in the hour.

�20/20� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC News� �20/20 delivered a time period winning performance in the final hour of prime among Adults 18-49 (2.5/8) and Adults 18-34 (2.0/7).

Sunday

ABC took full command of Sunday night, winning in Total Viewers (13.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (5.1/13). ABC won all 8 half-hours on Sunday in the key Adult 18-49 sales demo, beating its nearest competition during primetime by 50% (5.1/13 vs. 3.4/9 � CBS). During the evening, ABC�s regular Sunday lineup beat competition on the evening including the series debut of Fox�s �The Winner� (at 8:30 p.m. & 9:30 p.m.) and the time period premieres of �American Dad� (7:00 p.m.) and �The War at Home� (7:30 p.m.), as well as NBC�s new-day premiere of �Deal or No Deal� (9:00 p.m.) and the time period premiere of �The Apprentice� (10:00 p.m.).

� �Desperate Housewives� stood as Sunday�s No. 1 program in viewers and young adults, as ABC claimed the Top 3 TV programs of the night in Adults 18-49. In viewers and young adults, ABC�s �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� (14.7 million & 5.3/13) ranked as the No. 1 unscripted series on Sunday, pacing way ahead of CBS� �The Amazing Race All-Stars� (10.8 million & 3.7/9), as well as NBC�s �Grease� (6.2 million & 1.9/5), �Deal or No Deal� (11.0 million & 3.3/7) and �The Apprentice� (6.5 million & 2.7/7).

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

During the 7 o�clock hour, ABC�s �America�s Funniest Home Videos� beat its nearest competition by 16% among Adults 18-49 (2.9/9 vs. 2.5/7 - CBS).

�Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

Sunday�s No. 1 unscripted series, ABC�s �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� dominated the 8 o�clock hour. �Home Edition� outpaced its nearest competition in the hour by 3.9 million viewers (14.7 million vs. 10.8 million � CBS� �Amazing Race�) and by 36% in Adults 18-49 (5.3/13 vs. 3.9/10 � Fox�s �The Simpsons�/�The Winner�). ABC�s broad-appealing �Home Edition� ranked the evening�s No. 1 TV program among Kids 2-11 (3.1/11).

�Desperate Housewives� (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

The No. 1 TV program on Sunday, ABC�s �Desperate Housewives� overshadowed its closest competition during the 9 o�clock hour by 5.2 million viewers (18.3 million vs. 13.1 million � CBS� �Cold Case�) and by 95% in Adults 18-49 (7.4/17 vs. 3.8/9 � Fox�s �Family Guy�/�The Winner�).

� ABC�s �Desperate Housewives� market its highest ratings since November among Adults 18-49 (7.4/17) and Adults 18-34 (6.3/16) � since 11/26/06.

�Brothers & Sisters� (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

ABC�s freshman drama �Brothers & Sisters� dominated the 10 o�clock hour among Adults 18-49 (4.6/12), beating CBS� �Without a Trace� by 18% (3.9/10) and NBC�s time period premiere of �The Apprentice� by 70% (2.7/7). The ABC drama also led its time period among Adults 25-54 (5.3/12) and Adults 18-34 (3.6/10).

� �Brothers & Sisters� generated its best ratings in 6 weeks among Adults 18-49 (4.6/12), Women 18-49 (6.7/16) and Women 18-34 (5.3/14) � since 1/21/07.
