Last night at 9 p.m. ET, the debut of "Bionic Woman" (5.5 rating, 14 share in adults 18-49, 13.6 million viewers overall) was the #1 telecast of the night in adults 18-49, winning its highly competitive time period versus the series premiere of ABC's "Private Practice," the season premiere of CBS' "Criminal Minds" and week two of Fox's "Kitchen Nightmares."
