CBS TOPS IN VIEWERS FOR THE EIGHTH CONSECUTIVE WEEK

All Three Editions of "Big Brother" Among the Top 12 Programs and Top 10 in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS has the Week's Nine of the Top 10 Scripted Programs Led by "NCIS''

CBS placed first in viewers for the eighth consecutive week led by BIG BROTHER and rebroadcasts of the Network's scripted series, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Aug. 15, week 47 of the 2009-2010 television year.

For the week in viewers: CBS (6.35m), NBC (4.86m), FOX (4.82m) and ABC (4.26m). Summer-to-date among viewers, CBS (6.42m) leads ABC (5.88m), NBC (5.41m) and FOX (5.16m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.0/06, with FOX) and second in adults 18-49 (1.5/05).

For the week in households: CBS (4.1/07), NBC (3.1/06), FOX (2.9/05) and ABC (2.7/05). Summer-to-date in households, CBS is first (4.2/08), ahead of ABC (3.7/07), NBC (3.4/06) and FOX (3.1/06).

BIG BROTHER

? BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was first in households (4.2/08), viewers (7.10m), adults 25-54 (3.0/09), adults 18-49 (2.4/08) and second in adults 18-34 (2.0/08). Compared to last week, BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was up +2% in households (from 4.1/07), +3% in adults 25-54 (from 2.9/09), even in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and added +130,000 viewers (from 6.97m, +3%). Versus the comparable broadcast last year (on Tuesday, August 11, at 9:01 PM), BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was up +3% in adults 25-54 (from 2.9/09), even in adults 18-34 and added +300,000 viewers (from 6.80m, +4%).

? BIG BROTHER THURSDAY was first in households (4.3/08), viewers (7.24m), adults 25-54 (3.0/09), adults 18-49 (2.4/08) and second in adults 18-34 (2.0/07, -0.1 behind FOX). Compared to last week, BIG BROTHER THURSDAY was even in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 and added +100,000 viewers (from 7.14m, +1%).

? BIG BROTHER SUNDAY (9:25-10:25 PM) was first in households (4.4/07), viewers (7.46m), adults 25-54 (3.0/07), adults 18-49 (2.4/06) and adults 18-34 (1.9/06) from 9:30-10:30 PM.
