UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - June 12, 2012 - With Monday and Tuesday editions of "America's Got Talent" ranking #1 and 2 for the week among all primetime telecasts on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key categories, NBC's primetime lineup has averaged a 1.3 rating, 4 share in adults 18-49 and 4.9 million viewers overall for the week.

The broad-based hit "America's Got Talent" delivered the #1 and 2 primetime ratings of the week on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, total viewers, households, teens 12-17 and kids 2-11.

With "Talent" leading the way, NBC ranked #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox for the week in adults 18-49 and total viewers and tied Fox for #1 in adults 25-54.

Among NBC's top-ranked programs for the week, Tuesday's "America's Got Talent" finished #1 in adult 18-49 and Monday's edition was #2, Monday's "American Ninja Warrior" tied for #6 and the Tuesday debut of "Love in the Wild" tied Sunday's 10 p.m. ET encore of "Talent" for #13.

Primetime averages for the week of June 4-10 in adults 18-49 were: Fox (1.5/5), NBC (1.3/4), ABC (1.2/4), CBS (1.1/3) and CW (0.2/1). In overall total viewers, the weekly averages were: CBS (5.8 million), NBC (4.9 million), ABC (4.6 million), Fox (4.0 million) and CW (0.6 million).

For the 2011-12 broadcast year to date, NBC is tied for #3 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 rating and is #3 outright in viewers 18-49. NBC is the only network among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox that's up versus one year ago in viewers 18-49. NBC is also #2 in adults 18-34 for the broadcast year to date. Averages for the broadcast year through 38 weeks are: Fox (3.1/9), CBS (2.9/8), NBC (2.4/7), ABC (2.4/7) and CW (0.7/2). In overall total viewers, the broadcast-year averages are: CBS (11.4 million), Fox (8.7 million), ABC (8.2 million), NBC (7.3 million) and CW (1.7 million).

NBC highlights for the week of June 4-10

* On Monday, "America's Got Talent" jumped week to week by 18 percent in 18-49 rating to score the #1 rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox.

* Monday's NBC telecast of the G4 series "American Ninja Warrior" grew 5 percent week to week in 18-49 to finish within a tenth of a rating point of #1 in the 9-10 p.m. ET hour among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. This week's "American Ninja Warrior" was up 17 percent week to week in total viewers to claim a series record by that measure.

* On Tuesday, "America's Got Talent" delivered the #1 rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in 18-49 and hit a season high for a Monday or a Tuesday telecast in total viewers. At 12.6 million persons, it's the biggest overall audience for any primetime telecast on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox since Fox's "American Idol" finale on May 23.

* Also on Tuesday, the season debut of "Love in the Wild" ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC for its second hour from 10-11 p.m. ET.

* On Wednesday, the 10 p.m. ET encore of "Law & Order: SVU" ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in the time period in the valuable adult 18-34 demo.

* On Thursday, the debut of "Saving Hope" improved by 39 percent on NBC's total-viewer average in the time period last summer.

* NBC was #1 Saturday night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 with NBC Sports' coverage of Game 5 of the Kings-Devils Stanley Cup Final. NBC also led the night among those networks in adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demos.

* On Sunday, "Dateline NBC" reported its top 18-49 rating for a Sunday telecast since April and biggest overall Sunday viewership since March.

* Also on Sunday, a 10 p.m. ET encore "America's Got Talent" was the #1 telecast of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in 18-49.

Ratings reflect "live plus same day" data unless otherwise noted. Season-to-date figures are averages of "live plus seven day" data except for the two most recent weeks, which are "live plus same day."

On Monday, June 4 from 8-9 p.m. ET, "America's Got Talent" (3.3 rating, 10 share in adults 18-49, 12.2 million viewers overall) delivered the #1 rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key measures on a night that included ABC's "Bachelorette" and Fox's season debuts of "Hell's Kitchen" and "MasterChef." "Talent" won its time period among those networks in 18-49, total viewers and most other key categories. Week to week, "Talent" is up in this slot by 18 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 3.3 from a 2.8) and 23 percent or nearly 2.3 million persons in total viewers (12.2 million vs. 10.0 million), despite the debut of "Hell's Kitchen" in the hour this week. Versus NBC's average in this time period last summer, "America's Got Talent" is up 200 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 3.3 from a 1.1) and up 153 percent in total viewers (12.2 million vs. 4.8 million).

Monday from 9-10 p.m. ET, "American Ninja Warrior" (2.2/6 in 18-49, 6.8 million viewers overall) grew week to week by 5 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.2 from a 2.1) and 17 percent in total viewers (6.8 million vs. 5.8 million) despite the debut of Fox's "MasterChef" in the hour this week. This is the biggest overall audience to date for "American Ninja Warrior." In the time period, "American Ninja Warrior" tied for #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, and finished within 0.1 of a rating point of #1 among those networks. Versus NBC's average in this time period last summer, this week's "American Ninja Warrior" is up 100 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.2 from a 1.1) and up 47 percent in total viewers (6.8 million vs. 4.6 million). Versus NBC's special telecast of "American Ninja Warrior" last summer, this week's telecast is up 29 percent in 18-49 rating (with a 2.2 vs. a 1.7 from 9-11 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, 2011) and up 65 percent in total viewers (6.777 million vs. 4.103 million).

Monday at 10 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "Grimm" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 2.9 million viewers overall) is up week to week in this slot by 13 percent in both 18-49 rating (to a 0.9 from a 0.8) and total viewers (2.9 million vs. 2.6 million).

NBC was #1 Monday night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in total viewers.

On Tuesday, June 5, at 8 p.m. ET, "America's Got Talent" (3.5/11 in 18-49, 12.6 million viewers overall) generated the #1 18-49 and total-viewer results of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox and is #1 in the time period among those networks in all key ratings categories - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. "Talent" led the hour among those networks by a 67 percent margin in 18-49 (3.5 vs. a 2.1 for Fox's second-place "Hell's Kitchen"). From its first half-hour to its second, "America's Got Talent" grew by 22 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 3.9 from a 3.2) and by 19 percent or 2.1 million persons in total viewers (to 13.6 million from 11.5 million). This week's "America's Got Talent" is up versus NBC's average in the time period last summer by 67 percent in 18-49 rating (with a 3.5 vs. a 2.1) and by 57 percent in total viewers (12.552 million vs. 7.992 million). This week's "Talent" is also up 13 percent in 18-49 versus the average for the show's last eight Tuesday telecasts last summer (3.5 vs. 3.1).

Despite shifting this week from 9 p.m. to 8 p.m., "Talent" hit a high in total viewers for any Monday or Tuesday telecast so far this season and delivered the biggest overall audience for any primetime telecast on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox since Fox's "American Idol" season finale on May 23.

Tuesday from 9-11 p.m. ET, the second season premiere of "Love in the Wild" (1.6/4 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall) ranked #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in its time period in adults 18-49 and was #1 in women 25-54. Versus its finale last summer, "Love in the Wild" was up 14 percent in 18-49 rating (1.6 from 9-11 p.m. vs. last summer's finale 1.4 from 10-11 on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011) and up 8 percent in total viewers (4.8 million vs. 4.4 million).

For its second hour from 10-11 p.m. ET, "Love in the Wild" was #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and tied for #1 for the 10 p.m. hour among those networks in adults 25-54.

NBC tied for #1 Tuesday night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and was #1 outright among those networks in total viewers.

On Wednesday, June 6 at 8 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall) finished #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and other key demographics.

Wednesday at 8:30 ET, a rebroadcast of "Up All Night" averaged a 0.8/2 in 18-49 and 2.6 million viewers overall.

Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of " Law & Order: Special Victims Unit " (0.8/2 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall) grew from its first half-hour to its second by 29 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 0.9 from a 0.7) and by 17 percent in total viewers (3.9 million vs. 3.3 million).

Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET, another rebroadcast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1.1/3 in 18-49, 4.3 million viewers overall) ranked #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and #1 among those networks in adults 18-34, women 18-34 and women 18-49 (tie). The 10 p.m. "SVU" encore built on its lead-in by 38 percent in adults 18-49, 30 percent in adults 25-54 (to a 1.3 from a 1.0) and 18 percent in total viewers.

On Thursday, June 7 at 8 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "The Office" averaged a 0.6/2 in 18-49 and 2.0 million viewers overall, and at 8:30, a rebroadcast of "Parks and Recreation" delivered a 0.6/2 in 18-49 and 1.7 million viewers overall.

Thursday at 9 p.m. ET, the debut of "Saving Hope" (0.7/2 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall) built on its lead-in by a tenth of a rating point in adults 18-49 and by 89 percent or 1.5 million persons in total viewers. Versus NBC's total-viewer average in the time period last summer, "Saving Hope" is up 39 percent (3.237 million vs. 2.331 million, L+SD non-sports).

Thursday at 10 p.m. ET, "Rock Center" reported a 0.7/2 in 18-49 and 3.2 million viewers overall. Compared with NBC's total-viewer average in the time period last summer, "Rock Center" is up 22 percent (3.158 million vs. 2.579 million, L+SD non-sports).

Friday, June 8 at 8 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "Whitney" averaged a 0.6/3 in 18-49 and 2.3 million viewers overall. At 8:30, a rebroadcast of "Community" delivered a 0.5/2 in 18-49 and 1.5 million viewers overall.

Friday from 9-11 p.m. ET, "Dateline NBC" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.1 million viewers overall) ranked #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, total viewers and other key categories. From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Dateline" grew by 33 percent in adults 18-49 (to a 1.2 rating from a 0.9), 42 percent in adults 25-54 (1.7 vs. 1.2) and 44 percent or more than 1.8 million persons in total viewers (5.9 million vs. 4.1 million. For its first hour from 9-10 p.m., "Dateline" tied for #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

On Saturday, June 9, NBC ranked #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 for the night with NBC Sports' 8-11 p.m. ET coverage of the Los Angeles Kings-New Jersey Devils Stanley Cup Final Game 5, which averaged a 1.1/4 in adults 18-49 and 3.3 million viewers overall. NBC also led the night among those networks in adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demos. From its first to its sixth half-hour, NBC's coverage of the Kings-Devils game increased by 75 percent in adults 18-49 (to a 1.4 rating from a 0.8) and by 54 percent in total viewers (4.1 million vs. 2.7 million).

On Sunday, June 10 from 7-9 p.m. ET, "Dateline NBC" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 5.5 million viewers overall) reported its highest 18-49 rating for a Sunday telecast since April 22 and its biggest Sunday overall audience since March 25. Week to week, "Dateline" was up 20 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.2 from a 1.0) and 18 percent in total viewers (5.5 million vs. 4.7 million). In the time period, "Dateline" was #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, within a tenth of a point of first place. From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Dateline" grew by 67 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.5 from a 0.9) and 59 percent or 2.5 million persons in total viewers (6.8 million vs. 4.3 million). For its final half-hour from 8:30-9 p.m., "Dateline" ranked #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in total viewers and adults 18-49 (tie).

Sunday from 9-10 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "America's Got Talent" averaged a 1.3/4 in 18-49 and 5.0 million viewers overall, to rank #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in total viewers and other key measures. From its first half-hour to its second, the 9 p.m. "Talent" encore grew by 25 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.5 from a 1.2).

Sunday from 10-11 p.m. ET, a second rebroadcast of "America's Got Talent" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 55.4 million viewers overall) ranked as the #1 telecast of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49. In the time period, the 10 p.m. "Talent" rebroadcast tied for #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and was #1 outright in adults 18-34 and all key adult-male demos versus the original competition of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition" and CBS's "Tony Awards."
