"America's Got Talent" Generated a Three-Week High for a Wednesday Edition of the Show in 18-49 Rating
NBC spins the numbers for Wednesday, August 7.

Wednesday Primetime Results:

NBC is #1 Wednesday night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and total viewers with the #1 show of the night on those networks, "America's Got Talent."

· From 9-10:01 p.m. ET, "America's Got Talent" (2.5/7 in 18-49, 10.0 million viewers overall) generated a three-week high for a Wednesday edition of the show in 18-49 rating, up 4% versus last week's 2.4 in official nationals and up 9% versus last week's 2.3 in these preliminary fast-affiliate ratings. "Talent" also grew 25% versus last year's third results show in 18-49 rating (2.5 vs. 2.0 from 9-10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2012) and is up versus the year-ago third results show by 32% in total viewers (10.032 million vs. 7.610 million).

· "America's Got Talent" is the #1 show of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and total viewers. From its first half-hour to its second, "Talent" grew by 13% in adults 18-49 (to a 2.6 rating from a 2.3) and by 9% in total viewers (10.4 million vs. 9.6 million).

· At 10:01 p.m. ET, "Camp" (1.2/4 in adults 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall) is currently up 9% week to week in 18-49 rating (to a 1.2 from a 1.1), to hit a three-week high (best since July 17), pending updates. In total viewers, "Camp" is also currently at a three-week high, up 4% versus last week (4.004 million vs. 3.847 million), pending updates.

· In the time period, "Camp" is currently #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in 18-49 and other key measures versus ABC's original "The Lookout" and CBS's encore "CSI."

· In its first five weeks, "Camp" has earned NBC's top five 18-49 and total-viewer results in the slot, excluding Stanley Cup Hockey coverage, since May 22.

· From 8-9 p.m. ET, an encore recap edition of "America's Got Talent" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall) ranked #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and is #1 in total viewers. The 8 p.m. "Talent" rebroadcast is matching the show's week-ago 18-49 rating in this time period and is growing from half-hour to half-hour in every key ratings measure.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.6/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.9/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.7/4; "Late Show," 0.5/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.3/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
