NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 5 - 11, 2013

For the week, FOX ranked No. 2 among Adults 18-34 and Teens and No. 5 among Adults 18-49. On Sunday, the 2013 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS increased +21% year-to-year among Teens (2.9/12 vs. 2.4/10) and ranked as the night's No. 1 prime program among the 7-nets.

FOX had:

· 2 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 8) and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 13).

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 4), SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 10), MASTERCHEF Encore (No. 12 tie), FAMILY GUY SP-8/11 7:30p (No. 12 tie) and 2013 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS (No. 15).

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: 2013 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS (No. 1), FAMILY GUY SP-8/11 7:30p (No. 12) and MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 14).

· 1 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No 16).

Monday: FOX ranked No. 6 for the night among the seven broadcast networks in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens airing encores of RAISING HOPE (0.8/3), RAISING HOPE at 8:30p (0.7/2), NEW GIRL (0.7/2) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.7/2).

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49 (tie) and No. 3 among Adults 18-34. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (1.4/4) dropped -7% from last week in Adults 18-49.

Wednesday: FOX ranked No. 1 for the night among Adults 18-49 (tie) and Adults 18-34. MASTERCHEF at 9pm was the night's highest rated program among Adults 18-34 and second highest among Adults 18-49 (tie). Following an encore MASTERCHEF at 8pm (1.1/4), MASTERCHEF 9pm (2.2/7) declined one-tenth of a rating point from last week among Adults 18-49. Year to year, MASTERCHEF is even with last summer through the comparable telecasts (2.8/9 vs. 2.8/8 MC).

Thursday: FOX ranked No. 6 for the night in Adults 18-49 among the seven broadcast networks and ranked No. 5 among Adults 18-34 (tie) with encores of GLEE (0.5/2), NEW GIRL (0.5/2) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.5/2).

Friday: FOX ranked No. 4 (tie) among Adults 18-49 for the night with encores of BONES (0.7/3) and THE FOLLOWING (0.4/1).

Saturday: FOX placed No. 2 among Adults 18-49 (tie) and No. 1 in Adults 18-34 (tie) with encores of COPS (0.6/3), COPS 2 (0.7/3) and BONES (0.5/2).

Sunday: FOX ranked No. 2 on Sunday among Adults 18-49 (tie) and rose to No. 1 in Adults 18-34 (tie) and Teens. Following encores of FAMILY GUY at 7pm (0.8/3) & 7:30pm (1.0/4), The 2013 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS delivered a 0.8/3 in Adults 18-49. Among Teens, the TEEN CHOICE AWARDS increased +21% year-to-year (2.9/12 vs. 2.4/10) and ranked as the night's No. 1 prime program among the 7-nets.
