ABC Wins the First Friday of May Sweep - "Last Man Standing" Finale Is Up and Tops Its Slot for the 4th Straight Week

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 6.0 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): ABC won the first Friday of the May Sweep in Adults 18-49, ranking #1 on the night for the 4th consecutive week (1.4/5) and finishing #1 in 5 of 6 half-hours of prime. ABC's Shark Tank was the night's No. 1 TV show in Adults 18-49, while 20/20 was the #2 TV show and once again ranked as Friday's #1 newsmagazine in key Adults (AD18-49/AD25-54).

· The Network was up over the same night last May Sweep by 1.6 million viewers (6.0 million vs. 4.4 million) and by 6% in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5 vs. 1.3/4).

Last Man Standing (8-8:30pm - 5.9 million and 1.1/5 in AD18-49): At 8pm, ABC's season finale of Last Man Standing was up 8% in Adults 18-49 to a 3-week high and won its half-hour for the 4th straight week.

Shark Tank (9-10pm - 6.8 million and 1.6/6 in AD18-49): Shooting up over its lead-in by 70% at 9pm in Adults 18-49 (over a repeat Last Man Standing), ABC's Shark Tank (1.7/6) dominated its hour, leading runner-up NBC's Grimm by 31% (1.3/4), CBS' Hawaii Five-0 by 42% (1.2/4) and Fox's Kitchen Nightmares by 42% (1.2/4). Shark Tank was up 6% from its week-ago Fast Affiliate Adult 18-49 rating (1.7/6 vs. 1.6/6), which went up 1-tenth in the Nationals.

· Growing by double digits year to year in Total Viewers (+14%), Adults 18-49 (+10%) and Adults 18-34 (+13%), Shark Tank is delivering its best-ever season with its 3rd consecutive year of young adult gains.

20/20 (10-11pm - 5.8 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): At 10pm, ABC's 20/20 won its hour in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5), marking its 9th week in a row as the #1 regular program in its time period.

· Up season to date in Total Viewers (+21%) and Adults 25-54 (+5%), 20/20 is generating its most-watched season overall in 4 years - since the 2009-10 season.
