ABC Wins Friday - "Shark Tank" Hits Series High in Viewers and Season High in Adults 18-49

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 6.7 million and 1.6/6 in AD18-49): For the 2nd week in a row, ABC ranked #1 on Friday in Adults 18-49 (1.6/6), leading runner-up CBS by 14% (1.4/5).

· Building by double digits week to week in Total Viewers (+10% - 8.5 million vs. 7.7 million) and Adults 18-49 (+16% - 2.2/7 vs. 1.9/6), ABC's Shark marked the series' most-watched telecast ever and set a new season high with young adults. Shark Tank finished as Friday's #1 TV show in Adults 18-49, holding the night's top series position on the evening for its 13th consecutive original telecast this season in young adults.

· ABC's 20/20 was Friday's #1 newsmagazine in Total Viewers and key Adults (AD18-49/AD25-54), dominating NBC's Dateline head to head on its time period premiere at 10pm. 20/20 tied as the night's #2 TV program in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5).

At 8pm, Last Man Standing ranked #1 in its half-hour for the 2nd week in a row with Adults 18-49 (1.3/5-tie). Coming off last week's season best, LMS matched its 3rd-highest rating this season.

Cristela (8:30-9pm - 5.2 million and 1.1/4 in AD18-49)

At 8:30pm, Cristela (5.2 million and 1.1/4) beat the slot premiere of NBC's Constantine (2.9 million and 0.8/3) and Fox's premiere of World's Funniest Fails (3.4 million and 1.0/4) in viewers and young adults. The freshman comedy continued to improve its time slot for ABC, boosting the half-hour from the year-ago night (3.7 million and 0.9/3 with The Neighbors) by 1.5 million viewers and by 22% in Adults 18-49. After tying a series high last Friday, Cristela equaled its 2nd-best young adult number since its October debut (on 10/10/14).

Shark Tank (9-10pm - 8.5 million and 2.2/7 in AD18-49)

Doubling its Adult 18-49 lead-in at 9pm (+100%), ABC's Shark Tank surpassed its nearest competition in the hour by 57% (2.2/7 vs. 1.5/5 - CBS' Hawaii 5-0).

20/20 (10-11pm - 5.5 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49) In the 10pm hour, ABC's 20/20 ranked #1 for the 2nd week in a row in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5), tying CBS' Blue Bloods and dominating NBC's time period premiere of Dateline by 40% (1.0/3). 20/20 also beat Dateline by wide margins in Total Viewers (+22% - 5.5 million vs. 4.5 million) and Adults 25-54 (+43% - 2.0/6 vs. 1.4/4)

· The ABC newsmagazine was up for the 2nd straight week in Adults 25-54 (+5%) to deliver a 6-week high in the key news demo - since 12/5/14.
