Thursday's Broadcast Ratings: "Grey's Anatomy" Puts ABC on Top in Viewers, Demos

Here are the highlights of the 17 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (3/18/21):

ABC (4.246 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T1) was the top draw on Thursday thanks to its original lineup of "Station 19" (4.917 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3), "Grey's Anatomy" (4.854 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #1) and "A Million Little Things" (2.968 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5).

FOX (2.422 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T1) shared in the demo honors with its trio of "Hell's Kitchen" (2.578 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2), "Call Me Kat" (2.239 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) and "Last Man Standing" (2.294 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5).

Next up was CBS (2.996 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3) with repeats of "Young Sheldon" (4.172 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5) and another "Young Sheldon" (3.837 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5) followed by a new "The Unicorn" (3.323 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9), the season finale of "The Unicorn" (3.079 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T9) and a repeat "Clarice" (1.782 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.2, #16).
