DESCRIPTION:
(from NBC's press release) BABY MISTAKE CREATES A HUGE LAWSUIT, ALFRE WOODARD GUEST STARS -- When a mistake occurs with one of the surrogate births, Rachel (Ming-Na) has to deal with preventing the couple from pursing a devastating lawsuit that could shutdown the Family Options Fertility Clinic. Seemingly unfazed, Dr. Malcolm Bowers (Jonathan Cake) decides to take on a case concerning a dead soldier's frozen embryos, but has to find some humility to ask former flame Dr. Nora Campbell (Angie Harmon) for her expertise in helping him aid a couple after he has failed again. Meanwhile, as Lydia (guest star Alfre Woodard) feels she is to blame for the mistaken baby's birth, Marissa (Mary Catherine Garrison) becomes unusually attached to the baby. Also, Scott (David Noroa) and his neurotic partner welcome their new baby by a surrogate, and Patrice (Joelle Carter) seeks revenge after Dr. Bowers ends their steamy office romance. Reynaldo Rosales also stars.
