"Episode 219" - Relive the romance of James, a 23-year-old unemployed car audio technician from Colorado Springs, CO, and Kacie, a 21-year-old woman from Corona, CA, from their "before" phases, then as they underwent their various procedures and, finally, when the end results were revealed to their families and friends, on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, AUGUST 12 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. James and Kacie were two strangers brought together by their shared fortune of being selected for "Extreme Makeover." They became the first two candidates on the show to meet and fall in love! Both shared a similar history of painful memories and disparagement for their appearances.

In a romantic ending fit for their love story, the couple were separated for a few weeks before their final transformations and saw each other for the first time at Kacie's stunning reveal. In addition, Kacie was given two couture gowns in person by famed fashion designer Richard Tyler, and given a full scholarship to Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School by John Paul DeJoria, the chairman and CEO of Paul Mitchell products.

Months later "Extreme Makeover" caught up with the couple. who moved in together and most recently became engaged. See how life has changed since their makeovers, from their whirlwind romance to their numerous press appearances and their romantic wedding plans.
