WEEKEND, THE ATLANTIC COAST CONFERENCE, FLORIDA STATE AND MIAMI HAVE
RE-SCHEDULED THE MUCH-ANTICIPATED FLORIDA STATE-MIAMI GAME,
ORIGINALLY SLATED FOR LABOR DAY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6
GAME NOW MOVES TO FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, AT 8:00 P.M., ET
With Hurricane Frances bearing down on the State of Florida, the Atlantic Coast Conference, Florida State and Miami have re-scheduled the Monday night (Sept. 6) Florida State-Miami game. The much-anticipated match-up will now be carried FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10 in primetime at 8:00 p.m., ET, on the ABC Television Network.
"To ensure the safety of everyone involved with the game -- the teams and the fans -- the game was re-scheduled. We thank the ACC and both schools for making this decision," said Loren Matthews, senior vice president of Programming, ABC Sports
