"Episode 331" - Witness three of last season's most captivating transformations when Amanda, a 24-year-old librarian from Pueblo, Colorado, Jerry, a 39-year-old respiratory therapist from Harrison, Tennessee, and Autumn, a 30-year-old fifth grade teacher from Santa Clarita, California, underwent their various procedures and the end results were revealed to their families and friends, on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 21 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Amanda was a young librarian who believed you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. She was called "Bubbs" her whole life because of her chubby cheeks by friends and family. She was happy with her life but not her looks, so her extreme makeover transformed her into the cover girl for librarians everywhere. Amanda received a rhinoplasty, cheek lift, buccal fat removed, right droopy eye repair (ptosis), lower eye lid surgery, eye shape correction, jawline and chin contouring with liposuction, chin implant, liposuction on abdomen, flanks and thighs, Foto facial, gycolic peel, at home oral program for acne, LASIK eye surgery, Zoom whitening and cosmetic gum surgery, with bonding on the two front teeth.

Jerry was a former class clown who laughed on the outside but cried on the inside. As the middle child of a family that includes a handsome older brother and a younger sister who's a former model, Jerry has always been self-conscious of his appearance. Wedded to a much younger bride, he was happy and secure in his marriage but was tired of men hitting on his wife right in front of him. Jerry's transformation was full of laughter and tears that touched the heart and boggled the mind. Autumn, a 30-year-old fifth grade teacher from Santa Clarita, California, suffered painful memories of childhood, when she was always considered less attractive than her three sisters. On her episode, Autumn spoke candidly about how her mother's criticism of her looks affected her self-esteem. She underwent intense facial and body surgery and endured an emotional journey to accept her new beauty. She also worked with trainer Michael Thurmond, who sculpted and transformed her body with his intense workout regimen. Both her plastic surgeon, Dr. Perlman, and Michael Thurmond claimed that this was one of their BEST transformations ever. Autumn had septo-rhinoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelift), chin-jowel implant, liposuction under chin, excision of Buccal fat pads, brow lift, fat injections in upper lip, smooth beam treatment, facial, teeth straightening, 6 upper veneers and Zoom whitening.
