"Episode 311" - Witness the all-new and exciting makeovers of Aimee, a 32-year-old housewife from Las Vegas, NV and Steven, a 22-year-old artist, whom for years took care of his mother, stricken with cancer, from Clearwater, FL, on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, JANUARY 13 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Aimee and Steven were given a life-changing experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. In addition, participants recuperate at the "Makeover Mansion," the new, luxurious mansion tucked away in the Hollywood Hills, CA, complete with stunning views, a swimming pool, fully equipped home gym and big screen televisions.

In what is the most difficult challenge "Extreme Makeover" has ever faced, Aimee's case is rife with the most mind boggling obstacles to realize her dream of being beautiful. Selected form a Las Vegas casting call, Aimee dreams of living out the plot of her favorite movie, Pretty Woman, and "to smile all the time, like Julia Roberts." Dr. Brent Moelleken, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon operating on Aimee, calls the surgery, "the most difficult case in his entire professional career." Indeed, the odds appear to not be on Aimee's side, and the "Extreme Team" wonders if this transformation can even be completed. However, this "Pretty Woman" hopeful fully dedicates herself and shines in spite of these obstacles. Will her lifelong wish come true?

Aimee's procedures included rhinoplasty, brow lift, upper eyelid lift, cheek lift with tightening of lower eyelids, chin implant, upper lip augmentation, breast augmentation, ears pinned back, Livefill(tm) to forehead, upper lip, cheeks, nasal labial fold and marionette lines, herbal skin and reconditioning with Philip B custom-designed scalp and body oils. She also received advanced medical psoriasis treatment, deep periodontal cleaning, gum repositioning and re-contouring, 16 da Vinci porcelain veneers, one da Vinci porcelain crown and a galaxy lower partial.

Another gravity defying case in "Extreme Makeover" history, Steven is a talented artist whose looks have prevented him from dating since he was 16-years-old. An extremely talented artist, Steve was forced to drop out of design school to care for his mother, who has been suffering from cancer over the past four years. Now that she is in remission, Steve is ready to use his fantastic sense of humor to get his life back on track. He hopes that improving his looks will allow for success as an artist and in love. In addition, Steven receives a full scholarship to re-attend the International Academy of Design and Technology to complete his studies.

Steve's procedures included a nose job, ears pinned back, brow lift upper eyelid lift, Smoothbeam(tm) laser, chemical peel, Vbeam(r) laser, topical treatments for acne and discoloration, full mouth cleaning, two extractions, three root canals, 30 fillings, eight da Vinci porcelain crowns and veneers and Zoom whitening.
