CBS.COM, THE RECORDING ACADEMY AND ITUNES COLLABORATE IN A LANDMARK LIVE MUSICAL FUND-RAISING SEGMENT BENEFITTING ONGOING TSUNAMI RELIEF EFFORTS

Hoobastank, Alison Krauss, Tyra Banks and Steven Tyler Will Present

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will perform together for the first time on THE 47TH ANNUAL GRAMMY� AWARDS, live from STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, Sunday, Feb. 13 (8:00-11:30 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. A special fund-raising musical performance of John Lennon and Paul McCartney�s �Across the Universe� will be presented on behalf of continued tsunami relief efforts.

Anthony is a Grammy and Latin Grammy Award-winning performer and is currently nominated for Best Latin Pop Album and Best Salsa/Merengue Album. Lopez was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her role in �Selena.� Previously announced performers are Green Day, Alicia Keys, Tim McGraw, U2 and Kanye West with John Legend, Mavis Staples and the Blind Boys of Alabama; a tribute to Ray Charles with Bonnie Raitt and Billy Preston; and, a salute to Southern Rock with Tim McGraw, Gretchen Wilson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dickie Betts and Elvin Bishop. Queen Latifah was previously announced to host and perform.

Hoobastank is currently nominated for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals and Best Rock Album. Alison Krauss is nominated for Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Collaboration with Vocals. Also presenting are supermodel Tyra Banks and four-time Grammy Award winner Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. Previously announced presenters are Ellen DeGeneres, Norah Jones, Ludacris, Mark McGrath, Christina Milian, Gary Sinise and John Travolta.

�Across the Universe� features Bono, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Alicia Keys, Velvet Revolver, Tim McGraw and Brian Wilson, who will donate their time and talent. Viewers will be able to go to CBS.com, which will offer an exclusive video stream of the segment, as well as footage of rehearsals and behind-the-scenes activities, and have the opportunity to make a donation to a charity benefiting tsunami relief. Viewers will also be able to go directly to the iTunes Music Store to gain access to a download of the live performance of "Across The Universe" for $.99. All proceeds from downloads of the track will go to tsunami relief efforts benefiting survivors and their families. iTunes can also be accessed via CBS.com.

The Grammy Awards, considered to the music industry's highest accolades, are presented by The Recording Academy.
