Bradford May directed the episode from a script by Philip DeGuere Jr. (Originally broadcast 11/5/04)
The new JAG, Marine General Gordon Cresswell, sends Harm and Mac to Baghdad to participate in the court martial of a sergeant accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Senior Department of Defense Advisor Dwight Kanin. Mac uncovers that the men may have been pressured by both Kanin and their superiors, who were less than pleased with Kanin's presence and attitude, to take the official into the line of fire. Meanwhile, back at JAG, Turner and Coates learn that their new boss is one tough Marine.
