Jeff Meyer directed the episode written by Bob Smiley and Jamie Rhonheimer from a story by Deweyne Lamar Lee and Angela Yarbrough. When Greg's assistants keep quitting, Christine suggests to Greg that she would be perfect for the job. After agreeing to hire her on a trial basis, Greg is extremely pleased with her work and Christine reassures him that he is a great boss. But after a few phone calls from Kim at the office, Christine discovers the real reason Greg can't keep an assistant.
