As the case takes shape, Rush learns that even though Lindsay's husband was convicted of her murder, he continues to profess his innocence. In the course of the investigation, it comes to light that their lives were ruined by a medical malpractice suit that left them penniless and, in an attempt to keep the fa�ade of their extravagant lifestyle on track, Lindsay was driven into the dark world of drugs and deception. Now, Rush and Valens must sort through the sordid details of Lindsay's life in order to find the real killer.
