THE TEAM SEARCHES FOR A BLIND TEEN AND HER MOBILITY INSTRUCTOR
WHO WERE KIDNAPPED DURING A CAMPING TRIP,
ON A REBROADCAST OF THE THIRD-SEASON PREMIERE
OF "WITHOUT A TRACE," THURSDAY, SEPT. 1
"In the Dark" -- Vivian and the team search for a blind teen and her mobility instructor who were abducted during a camping outing, while Jack tries to make sense of the bombshell that his wife not only wants a divorce but also seeks sole custody of their daughters, on a rebroadcast of the third-season premiere of WITHOUT A TRACE, Thursday, Sept. 1 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Paul Holahan directed the episode written by series creator and one of the series' executive producers, Hank Steinberg. (Originally broadcast 9/23/04)
None of the team members know what Jack's been through since he helped solve his final case as their leader the night prior. Additionally, the newly-promoted Vivian doesn't suspect that upon reaching Samantha and Martin on their cell phones early in the morning to start the next case, the pair is actually together in Samantha's bed. Concerning the case, though the team quickly becomes suspicious of the mobility instructor's brother who was secretly dating the missing girl, they soon become intent on locating a diner waiter who was reportedly fixated on her as well.
