LILLY REOPENS THE 1994 CASE INVOLVING THE DEATH OF A TEENAGER THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY MARKED A SUICIDE,
ON "COLD CASE," SUNDAY, JAN. 15
"Detention" -- When a small piece of a note is found, Lilly and the team reopen the 1994 death of a teenager previously classified as a suicide, on COLD CASE, Sunday, Jan. 15 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jessica Landaw directed the episode that was written by Liz W. Garcia.
After several interviews with local neighbors and childhood friends, it is believed that the teenager jumped off the roof of his school to his death. The depressed teen was obsessed with Kurt Cobain's suicide and called into a crisis hotline for help numerous times, all pointing to a clear suicide. However, Lilly has a new angle she is pursuing and not giving up.
