When Hank finds out that The Bystander is revamping its curb appeal and hiring local kids, he ropes Bobby into picking up a route. But Dale is the one who does all of the work while Bobby goes along for the ride. Meanwhile, Peggy gets a job writing a helpful tips column for the Arlen readers, but there is one problem � they aren't her tips.
