"Twenty-One Guns - Season Finale"

JAILBIRDS LAND IN THE E.R.; ERNIE HUDSON AND SHERYL LEE RALPH GUEST-STAR IN SEASON FINALE --Chaos strikes when injured jailbirds come into County General looking to escape their prison time. With the help of an accomplice posing as an E.M.T., the fugitives force one of the nurses to become a part of the melee. As the gunmen get more and more desperate to make it out of the hospital, they decide to resort to extreme measures and Dr. Kovac (Goran Visnjic) unknowingly puts himself in harms way. Gunshots ring out in the lobby and Abby (Maura Tierney) slips to the ground. Meanwhile, Pratt (Mekhi Phifer) tries to persuade Neela (Parminder Nagra) as she attends to Gallant's concerned parents (guest stars Ernie Hudson, "Ghostbusters," and Sheryl Lee Ralph, "Designing Women"). Laura Innes, Linda Cardellini, Shane West and Scott Grimes also star.
