When Detective Jason Snyder and Detective Phil Mecurio of the Pittsburgh, PA, Bureau of Police attempt to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation, the driver flees and leads the detectives on a dangerous chase through a densely populated neighborhood. The chase ends when the driver overshoots a turn, smashes into a parked car and finally comes to rest against a light pole. Another segment features Officer Bart Stevens of the Spokane, WA, Police Department investigating a call from a woman who ran out of her home naked, saying she had been assaulted.
