"Longshot" -- When Don and his team investigate a murder at a horse track, they stumble onto more than just a plot of betting on fixed races, on NUMB3RS, Friday, Oct. 27 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. John Behring directed the episode which is a story by J. David Harden.

Aya Sumika ("The O.C.") begins her recurring role as agent Liz Warner, Don's former trainee.

As Charlie digs deeper into the victim's life and discovers an elaborate gambling scheme, he realizes he has only uncovered part of the crime. Soon, he discovers a connection to a third party sending the case in a whole other direction.
