THE ELBOW INCIDENT

John (Lithgow) and Jeffrey (Tambor) challenge a pair of younger and more physically adept guys to a basketball game, during which, Jeffrey falls and injures his elbow. When Jeffrey refuses to let John operate on his elbow due to his fear of hospitals, John, inspired partly by hopes of a rematch, takes matters into his own surgical hands.
