Officer Jay Sayegh of the Fontana, CA, Police Department joins fellow officers in a dangerous high-speed pursuit that ends with the suspects surrendering. However, when officers start to question them, the plot thickens when they find toy guns, face masks and other suspicious contraband in the back seat of the car.
