Television's top detective is back on the case this summer as Golden Globe� winner Kyra Sedgwick returns in ad-supported cable's #1 series of all time. In the premiere episode, budget cuts are hitting the LAPD hard, and Brenda must give up one of her team members to the counter-terrorism unit or force Provenza into early retirement. Meanwhile, the team investigates the murder of a family in which the prime suspect is the surviving son.
