A 36-year-old customer service manager from Oceanside, CA, aims to please his family by scoring some cash on this atypical quiz show, which tests adults' lack of knowledge � as revealed by how much they've forgotten since elementary school. Contestants find themselves in a classroom setting, revisiting their youth, as they tackle subjects they've already been taught, ranging from art to geography and math to social studies. However, the players are not alone; they have the opportunity to "peek," "copy" or be "saved" by real fifth-grade classmates Jacob, Alana, Spencer, Marki and Kyle as they try to determine the correct a-n-s-w-e-r and claim the top prize of $1 million on ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A 5TH GRADER?
