"Roe" � Jerry Espenson insists on defending himself in court when he's accused of aggravated assault after a run-in with a bully. Meanwhile, Alan Shore and Shirley Schmidt try to help an underaged pregnant girl obtain a judicial by-pass for an abortion, on "Boston Legal," MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Boston Legal" stars James Spader as Alan Shore, John Larroquette as Carl Sack, Christian Clemenson as Jerry Espenson, Tara Summers as Katie Lloyd, with Candice Bergen as Shirley Schmidt and William Shatner as Denny Crane.

Guest starring are Charlet Chihye Chung as Kim Wang Shu, Ming-Na as Ming Wang Shu, Roma Maffia as Judge Victoria Peyton, Pat Skipper as Attorney Michael Roker, Henry Gibson as Judge Clark Brown, Dov Davidoff as Joe Hellman, Mongo Brownlee as Pete and Mark Moses as A.D.A. George McDougal.

The teleplay for "Roe" was by David E. Kelley, with the story by Kelley & Amanda Johns. Bill D'Elia directed.
