AN UNLIKELY ROAD TRIP TO QUESTION A WITNESS
SPURS SURPRISING RESULTS, ON ABC'S "ELI STONE"
"Sonoma" � When a news anchor from one of the biggest media corporations loses his job, Eli, Taylor, Matt and Maggie share an awkward car ride to Sonoma to question a witness, on ABC's "Eli Stone," SATURDAY, JUNE 20 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET). Taylor and Matt plan a getaway before the baby arrives, only to have their plans derailed by their latest case in which they'll face off against each other. Determined to spend time together, they deceive Eli and Maggie into joining them on a road trip to Sonoma. Upon arrival, the race to retain a witness being held in a county jail ensues. First, the four lawyers must join forces to free her from jail, but the judge, an acquaintance from Matt's past, delivers a vengeful blow. As Eli and Maggie work together again, feelings between them resurface. Meanwhile, Eli is now suffering the consequences of the "Dark Truth" treatment, plagued with not one but two brain aneurysms.
"Eli Stone" stars Jonny Lee Miller as Eli Stone, Victor Garber as Jordan Wethersby, Natasha Henstridge as Taylor Wethersby, Loretta Devine as Patti, Sam Jaeger as Matt Dowd, James Saito as Dr. Chen, Matt Letscher as Nathan Stone, Julie Gonzalo as Maggie Dekker and Jason George as Keith Bennett.
Guest stars include Kerr Smith as Paul, Debrah Farentino as Ellen, Melinda Clarke as Dr. Lee, Michaela Watkins as Judge Leigh, Suzie Plakson as Jesse, Tom McGowan as Donnie, Nina Siemaszko as Katie, Andrew Borba as Phil and Frank Novak as Desk Sergeant.
"Sonoma" is directed by Vince Misiano and written by Brett Mahoney and Alex Taub.
"Eli Stone" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,D,L,S parental guideline.
