TOBY HELPS A YOUNG BLIND WOMAN SOLVE THE MURDER OF HER BROTHER - After witnessing a fatal shooting in Chinatown, Toby (Craig Olejnik) finds himself getting emotionally involved with the blind sister of one of the victims. In an effort to help her find out who killed her brother, Toby uses his telepathic gift and discovers a cover-up involving a Chinese crime boss who has a lot to hide from the police. Ennis Esmer, Lisa Marcos, Myl�ne Dinh-Robic and Anthony Lemke also star.
