And: Did an Elderly Woman Get Conned into Leaving Her Mansion to Two Antique Dealers?

In his first television interview since divorce papers were filed, Jon Gosselin speaks candidly with Chris Cuomo about being vilified in the tabloids and discusses his true feelings for his soon-to-be ex-wife, Kate Gosselin. He tells Cuomo that his wife verbally abused him. The former stay-at-home dad also addresses allegations of cheating and opens up about his new jet-setting life, including his relationship with 22-year-old Hailey Glassman. The exclusive interview airs on "Primetime: Family Secrets," TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. "Good Morning America" will air portions of the interview with Gosselin in two parts, beginning Tuesday, September 8 and concluding Wednesday, September 9.

Note: This program replaces "Primetime: The Outsiders," which was previously scheduled.

Then: Elder abuse and fraud is a growing problem in the United States, but one that usually plays out behind closed doors. ABC News uncovers a rare glimpse into the life of 88-year-old Mary Ellen Bendtsen who, in 2005, decided to change her will on-camera. She disinherited her only daughter, Frances Ann, and left her share of a historic 7000-square foot mansion on swanky Swiss Avenue in Dallas, Texas to two unlikely heirs: Mark McCay and Justin Burgess, antiques dealers who had befriended her over the years.

John Quinones reports how McCay and Burgess say they were simply Mary Ellen's allies in her fight against her headstrong daughter's scheme to sell the house and put the elderly woman in a nursing home. They say the video is evidence that Mary Ellen acted of her own free will. But Frances Ann claims the video is evidence of their crime against her mother. Was she the concerned daughter, trying to do her best by her aging mother? Or were two younger men acting in the best interest of an older woman who only wanted to remain in her house with dignity?

David Sloan is the executive producer of "Primetime: Family Secrets."
