"Where There's Smoke" � Beth goes head to head with her lawyer father in court while Addy's new clients put the firm in jeopardy. Meanwhile Cliff reveals something to Susan which ends up sending Katie to the Montana offices indefinitely, on "The Deep End," THURSDAY, JANUARY 28 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Where There's Smoke" was written by Jan Nash and directed by Timothy Busfield.
"The Deep End" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
