In a stroll down memory lane, Miley Stewart relives some of the most memorable moments she shared with her family and friends, in a nostalgic new episode of "Hannah Montana Forever," premiering SUNDAY, DECEMBER 5 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

"Hannah Montana" stars Miley Cyrus as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana, Emily Osment as Lilly Truscott, Jason Earles as Jackson Stewart, Billy Ray Cyrus as Robby Stewart and Moises Arias as Rico.

Guest starring is Robin Roberts ("Good Morning America") as herself.
