Emotions run high for the remaining four contestants who are more motivated and determined than ever after Chef Ramsay's sobering announcement that not one, but two chefs will be eliminated in the next round. In HELL'S KITCHEN's most sophisticated test to date, Chef Ramsay challenges the chefs to design and execute a balanced fusion dish that combines the flavors of two countries' distinct cuisines. Chef Ramsay enlists the help of three renowned executive chefs and experts in fusion cuisine � Philip Dubose of Asia de Cuba, Helene An of Crustacean and Lee Hefter of Spago � to select one winner who will earn a fine dining experience at Spago Beverly Hills while the remaining contestants are left behind at the dorms for Move-Out Day. Dinner service takes a turn for the worse when the chefs fail to see eye to eye, and Chef Ramsay is forced to intervene.
