THE BOSS OF ABM INDUSTRIES, ONE OF THE NATION'S LARGEST FACILITIES SERVICES CONTRACTORS, INADVERTENTLY BREAKS SOME RULES ON ONE ASSIGNMENT AND IS LATER TASKED WITH THE MOST DANGEROUS JOB YET, ON "UNDERCOVER BOSS," DEC. 5

CBS Announces Two Additional Companies to Send their Bosses To the Frontlines: Mack Trucks, Inc. and Norwegian Cruise Line

The President and CEO of ABM Industries (Henrik Slipsager), one of the nation's largest facilities services contractors, offering janitorial, engineering, parking and security services for thousands of clients, takes a journey within his own corporation, on UNDERCOVER BOSS, Sunday, Dec. 5 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

In addition, CBS announced two other companies participating in the second season of the Emmy Award-nominated series, UNDERCOVER BOSS:

· Mack Trucks, Inc. (Denny Slagle, President and CEO) - America's most famous producer of heavy-duty trucks.

· Norwegian Cruise Line (Kevin Sheehan, President and CEO), one of the world's top cruise lines.

Additional companies and airdates will be announced soon.

In the Dec. 5 ABM Industries episode, Henrik Slipsager, inadvertently breaks some rules as an airport shuttle driver, tests the limits of his fear of heights while cleaning exterior windows from a scaffold several stories above the pavement, and is assigned to a long-time employee who was one of many ABM staffers working at the World Trade Center on the morning of 9/11.

Each week, UNDERCOVER BOSS follows a different executive as they leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their companies. While working alongside their employees, they see the effects that their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organizations and get an up-close look at both the good and the bad while discovering the unsung heroes who make their companies run.

Stephen Lambert, Eli Holzman and Chris Carlson are executive producers for Studio Lambert.
